LD Systems RSMP
Whether in bars and restaurants, in fitness studios, in houses of worship or in offices and warehouses - every permanently installed sound system needs individual content that can be played back as flexibly as possible. With the RSMP, LD Systems has an all-in-one media player in its portfolio that covers a multitude of sources and gives users every freedom in content management.
The LD Systems RSMP is a universal media player for permanently installed sound reinforcement solutions and combines an integrated FM, DAB and DAB+ tuner, Spotify, Amazon Music and Deezer streaming, Internet radio as well as a USB media player for playing MP3 files via a USB stick - and all this in an extremely compact housing that requires only a third of the width of a 19'' rack (1U). An optional rack tray allows three RSMPs to be placed side by side in the rack to save space. Even more flexibility is provided by the rubber feet supplied for table use and the other accessories for mounting on the wall or under a tabletop.
The Internet Radio Module enables worldwide reception of more than 50,000 Internet radio stations. The connection to the Internet is established either via LAN port or dual-band WLAN (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). An FM and a DAB+ tuner are available for the playback of conventional radio programmes.
Maximum content freedom for music and podcasts is provided by compatibility with the streaming services of Spotify, Amazon Music and Deezer. The use of the Bluetooth 5.0 radio standard ensures secure transmissions and long ranges when streaming. The integrated MP3 music player with USB-A 2.0 interface is also suitable as a local playout option in places where no internet connectivity is available, or there is no radio coverage.
For convenient content selection, the RSMP Radio Streaming Media Player provides independent preset storage locations for Internet Radio/Podcast, FM, DAB+, Spotify and Amazon Music. In addition, the combination of a large 2.4'' colour display, quick access buttons and rotary controls makes configuration on the unit quick and easy. Using the free UNDOK app from Frontier Smart Technologies (iOS & Android), the RSMP can also be conveniently controlled via a smartphone or tablet, including source and media selection. In parallel, the RSMP is supplied with an infrared remote control.
