Highly practical - the Cajon Flaps by Schlagwerk offer the player an intense castanet sound, and the Velcro fitting means they are also freely positionable. The Flaps can be adjusted to be touch-sensitive thanks to the adjustable screws, and can be placed to create sounds ranging from a delicate, subtle castanet right through to heavily accentuated claves.
