The JTS ST-5030 is the perfect solution for any desktop/ portable podium microphone application! This quick mount heavy weight die-cast base permits fast set up and easy repositioning at a moments notice. The magnetic On/Off switch allows your microphone to be shut off with no annoying pop noise. The JTS special anti-slip pad ensures that the base will stay in position once placed and also works to decouple the base from the surface that it is sitting on to keep extraneous handling noise to a minimum. The bottom mounted 3 way can be used to condenser microphone with a battery or phantom power or a condenser microphone! This base will literally work with any kind of gooseneck microphone! You read that right, if you don't have phantom power simply load the 9 volt battery compartment and you have power available for your condenser microphone too!
