In addition to the many unique benefits of the other CELLO Pads, the Virtuoso Contour is designed with a graduated thickness (from left 35 mm to right 15 mm), allowing you to automatically position the cello to allow easy and effortless access to the higher "upper positions" on all of the strings.The Virtuoso Contour has also an added 3rd layer: 2 Layers offer ultimate comfort and protection against instrument damage from moisture (perspiration) while creating a fuller sound and enhanced feel of vibrations; one layer of these two attaches simply with air to the back of your cello using micro-air technology and may be attached and reattached repeatedly. In addition to all the features above, the 3rd layer has increased moisture absorbency and offers enhanced comfort. The Virtuoso CELLO Pad (Red) and the Maestro CELLO Pad (White) are the same except for their color, offering the cellist their individual preference.
