Perfectly suited for fast playing, the sound captures the nuances of articulation. Pleasantly bright sound with a slightly weaker signal than is typical. When played on overdrive, this pickup has a full treble and balanced sustain. Compared to the '59 model, the Jazz™ shows a lower output signal and reproduces the treble very well. In addition to just jazz, it is ideal for country, blues, funk, classical and heavy rock.
